I'd be interested in hearing more about the Nuwave cooker and its
practicality in an Airstream trailer. My 1964 Airstream Ambassador has
the original 4 burner cooktop with oven underneath and I find the
original propane oven to be terribly impractical. Also, with the
passage of time combined with neglect and poor location it has developed
a fair bit of rust. My biggest complaint is the location of cooktop and
oven being against a bulkhead to its right side as the trailer was
built, to be very impractical to use and I only use the two burners on
the left side of the cooktop.

My solution up until now has been to use a portable propane burner and a
Black & Decker toaster/oven to augment the built in stove and I have a
mid sized microwave on the opposite counter across the trailer from the
original cooktop.

I'm seriously considering removing the original cooktop/oven unit and
replacing it with counter top with drawers or cabinet underneath. my
plan is use mostly counter top appliances as 99% of my cooking is only
for myself and I find counter top appliances to be very practical...

The B&D toaster/oven that I am presently using is a cheap one, I paid
about $30 for it and while it does an acceptable job for small food
items, it is falling apar...

What I need is a better oven type device and thus the NuWave oven
interests me but I've not heard of anyone else using one. So, I'm
soliciting input from anyone that has used the NuWave oven and can
comment or critique its use in an Airstream...

Thanks...
