The PAR pumps were an amazing pump. Still are, until you get to the
price. $365 compared to under $100 for many ShurFlo pumps.
Fitting a PAR into the same space the ShurFlo fits in would be a
challenge. The PAR is quite a bit larger.
The PAR also operates at a lower pressure than the more modern pumps. 40
PSI vs 65 PSI in the newer units.
Still a very good pump with a unique sound.
