HI Anne,
One has to wonder why, when you have wheels on your house, you would
stay in any extreme weather.
Your problem with the pipes freezing will be running out of propane....
not electricity. I stayed in sub freezing weather and was going through
a 30# tank of propane ever 3.5 days. Granted my trailer is a bit larger
than yours.
Living with animals, almost means you have to stay out of extreme
weather.......
Go to Wyoming or Montana in the summer....... not the Gulf Coast or the SW.
In the winter the Gulf Coast and SW will be happy to have you...
although personally speaking I've had it with deserts. I just stayed in
the high desert in Colorado and the goatheads and sand burrs about did
me and the dogs in.... never again!
