RE: [A/S] Recall notice on Airstream 2005-2009 Classic

[My brake controller is in my truck]

Sounds to me like the module that takes the signal from your brake
controller (or the box on the tongue when the pin is pulled) and actually
activates the trailer brakes. As I read the recall, it could act without a
signal or fail to act when you want it to.
