Don and I lived in Murdo and then Rapid City two winters ago so my pickup truck is still registered in SD. I was trying to renew my registration - home base is still uncertain - and stumbled on the letter. I thought it was refreshing to have the DMV actually acknowledge and address the issue and thought it might be of interest to others who are registered there. And we almost became members at Hart Ranch, who knows, maybe some day.
