Thanks Sandra ~~ Affirmative!! With the pump elevated, the line doesn't leak. However, when the water drains back into the water tank it allows air in the line. It's a "lose, lose" situation!! I've tightened the fittings as much as I can. I'm afraid to twist too tight because I've heard it's so easy to break plastic fittings if twisted too tight.
The air in the line should work itself out with use - just run the water until it stops sputtering. As for the leaks, sounds like things need to be tightened - and that could be where the air is getting into the water line??
