Beverly Beach and South Beach are also quite lovely. Reservations can be booked online at the Oregon State Park site.

Assuming you are near Portland, then go to Nehalem Bay! I was just there, and it's a great place. You can hear the ocean from any campsite, and the beach is wonderful.
