Our new T@B has low profile tires that need to be replaced due to age. They are Merit Mystics, 205/55R16 (90T) and are mounted on very fancy looking wheels.
I don't much like the idea of low profile tires on a trailer that will likely be used on rough roads and I wonder if I can replace the wheels and tires with normal (not low profile) trailer tires and steel wheels.
My concern is that the T@B is engineered for the wheels/tires that came with it and that if I change those, then I might cause problems in how the trailer tows, etc.
If I can replace the low profiles, I wonder what size regular-profile tires would work best.
