If no propane devices in your T@B a propane detector is probably no longer needed or required. It will not affect any circuit by removing/disconnecting it.
Based on previous posts here, either your battery voltage became low which will trigger the detector or it is becoming or became defective due to age or other influence. If it was a leak (and propane still installed) it probably would not have stopped unless the area was ventilated when it started beeping.
