[A/S] What is it?

We inherited some fabric items with snaps on them, when we bought a
Suburban. Big box of water filters, bug fuzzies, and awning tie-downs
etc. We have never been able to figure out what they are for although it
sort of looks like they were meant to fit in the wheel wells of an
Airstream to shade the tires? Any ideas.....................
