Hi Rick,
Tahoe is beautiful. If you were near the Carson City side be sure to
spend a few nights in Virginia City, Nevada. It's a great little town,
and has the best Chinese restaurant anywhere.
I don't boondock, so I can't help you with that. Lots of people here can
help though. You might want to look at solar as well as the generator.
As for gray water, depending where you are can you simply drain it out
of a hose on to a plant that would appreciate it? The key to gray water
is not to put any food down the drain. Use paper towels, or a dog, to
clean your plates before you wash them. <g>

It's just a great little town. I went to it to see Daisy, Polly and
Bill, who were there for the Denver vintage rally. I got a bit turned
around trying to find it and stumbled on a really cute little town, with
the Arkansas River running through it. When the rally was over Daisy
took me around town helping me explore it.
Then, I decided to move from nearby to the town. Found a great little
campground and spent a week or so.
There's a great off leash dog park, lots of walking trails, cute town,
good shopping..... and the views are magnificent. It's also an easy
drive to a ghost town, Leadville and Buena Vista... not to mention Canon
City.
I was hooked... can't wait for next summer.
