Unscrew the stops on the tracks. for some reason the ones on my left
seemed easiest. There is a screw that also acts as a stop. It's
accessible from the bottom of the track(s). Then just slide the plastic
sliders off the tracks. It may take a bit of strength to go past the
drilled hole for the stop screw.... that's because some metal was forced
into the track when the hole was drilled.
It's really not so bad.. Good luck.
