[tabtrailers] Re: Honda 2000i generator

 

You may also want to look into the Yamaha's. We were going to buy Honda and ended up with the Yamaha's. Just as quiet and can be found on sale at times. I think we paid $750 for each of our generators. We have two 2000's that can be used together just like the Honda's. If I remember right, both of our Yamaha generators are exactly the same but we got the cord that connects them together which was another $100.

We have never camped at a campground with hook-ups and I love the generators. I never had to worry about power surges, loss of power, etc. It takes two of the 2000's to run the coolcat but since we never needed it, we left one of the generators home.
