I replaced that segment myself along with the one above and upper side to first window. Also had to replace/repair two bows, much easier than I estimated! I purchased the new segment direct from Jackson Center and used part no 114894 $356 in august 2009. This is the new aluminum finished by Alcoa. As I recall the original finish is no longer available, part #114406. I picked up in Jackson Center so no shipping. Adding rivets, chaulk, new trim, mouldings I would guess $6-700 for materials plus shipping and handling.
Actually IMO this was one of the simpler repairs I have done, although I was nervous about tackling it! Everything fit togeather very easily!
