Monitor EBAY, it seems to be the best market indicator. CA stuff seems to bring better money.
Floor repair is the deal killer for me. If the floor is good and the shell is free of dents it should sell easily to those folks that are doing catering conversions. I see 'em frequently on CRAIGSLIST.
