Excellent to know about this, as there may be a "loophole" we weren't aware of. We dropped AAA and switched to Good Sam ERS about 2 yrs ago after reading all the info here and on the GS website. We felt we had the right coverage for our needs....now I'm going to re-check that.
Hmmm...I had a dead battery shortly after signing up with Good Sam ERS and they came out right away and gave me a jump start...at my house...That seems crazy that they wouldn't respond to your house, unless it was because of the foot of snow and they were prioritizing by poeple who were stranded before people who were not...
