Re: [tabtrailers] Re: History Question?

Arlene,

I had pictures in my computer at one time, but can't seem to find them now.   I just made the shelves the same width as the window shade, and mounted them right above that.   I had to paint the wood to match the light cabinet fronts inside our T@B.   I think the whole project cost around 15 bucks, as I used cabinet grade wood for the shelf, and decorative spindle rack for the sides.   The spindle rack is about 3 inches deep and wraps around the ends of the shelves.   The shelves are about 4 inches deep, and about 36 inches long, or whatever the window shade measurement is.   Most people think that they were OEM.   It was a pretty simple mod to do.  Mounted them with L brackets, with four screws per end holding them up there (or 8 screws per shelf/per side).

Regards,
Nick
