Re: [tabtrailers] Re: More YouTube T@B Mod videos:

Richard, this is interesting information, but there is so much information missing from several of the videos. For example, in the one about the detector parasitic load, it isn't clear what the numbers mean when he says the intial current varies from .06 to .08--.06 and .08 what? I can only assume he is saying 60 milliamps to 80 milliamps, because the selected scale on meter is not clear. If so, changing the detector to save 20 to 40 milliamps is not going to significantly save battery time, though it might indeed be important to those who do drycamp for extended periods of time. The double hinge modification looks great, but the details on the upper hinges and how they are attached are missing.

I just created a Modifications folder in our Links section. How about adding these links there, for those interested. I would be interested in that particular double-hinge modification if there were more detail.

Thanks - I know this is old info for all you T@B veterans but thought it might help other newbies like myself...

This is very nice of you to do. Very imformative. I would love to have the double back seat hinge mod, but doubt very, very much if I could get DH to do it. I've been "working" on him to do the bed slats since, oh, about spring.
