[tabtrailers] Good Sam- good service

I have Good Sam and they towed my car from my driveway to the garage to fix a problem. They also came to the house once to jump-start the car. Both times it was covered in full.

I thought to myself ...no problem, I'll just call Good Sam. So, I got Good Sam on the phone and after taking all my information they told me that they couldn't help me because the truck was at my home and I was not stranded along side the road somewhere. As a matter of fact, the truck was parked out on the street so technically it was "along side the road". Long story short, the truck is still sitting there in the street with a flat tire. I would have fixed it myself but there is about a foot of snow on the road and I have a heart condition.
