We have had AAA since 1970! and we upgraded to AAA plus RV when we got our motorhome years ago and boy were we glad we did. 2 flat tire fixes within an hours time on both of each event and so we have just kept the Rv plus feature for $157 ( it climbed up a few years ago) It is so much better than worrying about anything while on the road.
We can be towed trailer and tow vehicle to within 100 miles to anyplace we ask them to tow it to. They will not let us leave our other vehicle along the road they told me, being that we have rv plus!!! We must just tell them that we have the 2 rigs!, so they can arrange for towing of both. That was encouraging.
IF we are out of the state of Washington, we asked when someone on here mentioned that maybe the coverage would not cover as well and we found that in SOME states, the AAA is not as accomadateing. That was discouraging but so far, we just have the insurance and hope for the best. ;) It seems that most states that had different views were in the east. We use many other AAA features the card gives almost monthly so AAA is our best bet for us. Terry and Gordie
