[A/S] Re: Stoves

Thank you folks, for all of your input. I appreciate it. I do like to cook(even though I am a bit lazier about it when I camp) and might consider a stove top as well as a portable convection oven for a long haul. I plan to go with solar panels also to be as independent as I am able for boondocking. My years of living aboard boats weren't so different. Guess that's why I chose a Land Yacht. :-) Looking forward to meeting you around the campfire.

The 70's decor just doesn't it for me however, so I am going to redo the interior and change the floor plan. The original stove is in excellent condition. The oven looks as though it has had little or no use. This leads me to question the need of a full stove or just a cook top. I can see that Dutch oven cooking seems quite popular with Airstreamers. I did have one two week trip in it when I picked it up after I purchased it this fall and made my way home. I didn't feel inclined to use the oven.
