When I did away with the range in my trailer I installed a
microwave/convection oven which bakes pizza (and other stuff
theoretically). I did put in a small two burner gas cook top but I
never use it so if I had to do it over again I'd skip the gas unit (I
do have a single burner induction cook top that I use all the
time). Of course I have a 2KW inverter so I can use the microwave or
induction unit anytime for short periods. With the four solar panels
I've boondocked for up to a week. I think the all electric RV is coming.
