[tabtrailers] T@DA AWNING

Hello Julie,

Check the comments under the "MOUNTAIN STREAM RV PARK" picture in our album. That will answer some of your questions. The existing awning track can't be used for this installation, a new straight track has to be attached to the trailer,(30 new screw holes) and I had to fabricate several spacers to adapt this awning to the T@DA. It goes up and down very quickly and when its up its stored. Also, the porch light had to be relocated. It's the 8'-2" length and adds 39 lbs.

If your really interested, I can send you more detailed photos. I'm really happy with our solution.

Larry

Hi Larry

I would love an awning like yours for my T@DA! Where did you purchase it and was it
difficult to install? modify

Thank you
Julie from California

Joe,

The black "pump switch" turns the on board water pump on and off. However ours is located in our galley.

I have replaced the rear steadies on our TADA with 2 DOMAR Trailer Jack-TJ01RT's. They bolt on using the same holes and are rated @ 1,000 lbs. I believe the originals were rated @ 300 lbs. They also provide side to side lateral support, not just for and aft. Here is a link to E-trailer:

Also, here is a link to our album for a look at them installed.

What is a "pump switch"? Mystery switch is on the bathroom wall with no way to track it.
