When the factory replaced my furnace several years ago, I asked the same question (being a firm believer in overkill). They told
me that yes, a replacement can be too big. They said the ducting in the coach will not pass the increased air flow used by the
larger furnace, and the increased back pressure will cause the furnace to overheat, with foreseeable consequence.
