Hunter,
What you need to do, either with or without the photo, is find a small
local machine shop. They are all over and finding a machinist shouldn't be
hard... Machinists are usually very clever people at figuring out how to
solve problems when it comes to carving or routing out metal and adapting
things to fit.
Often, if you find the right fellow, he will be creative, a bit of an
inventor and often has his own shop in a back yard garage, or maybe a
established small shop in a village somewhere with half a dozen or less
employees... These fellows are often happy to help out with a small job
like modifying your mud flap bracket, for a price of course.
Of course having the photo makes understanding what you want easier,
however most of these fellows will see it right off when you show the
bracket and the stinger to them...
