Judi, if you are interested in the American brand converter, the representative for the distributor says they have only one circuit board left, and the price is $85 + S&H. Mine has been working fine for several years since I replaced it, and it only took about a half-hour to do so. I also verified that my lights did not flicker after removing the battery while on shore power.
