Mike, thanks for the pictures. Looks like the assembly crew needs to iron out a few wrinkles, but that's not unusual. They will likely get better as they gain experience. My T@B is #0032. It had some fit and finish issues too. The change away from the AL-KO undercarriage may be helpful to those that have wanted to hang something on the rear, a bike rack, etc. These have some structure that would permit modification to that end...Gary
