You got it folks. Bottom line... this IS NOT a T@B and those who own and like their T@Bs as I do may not find this new unit up to the same standards. It has it pluses and minuses and as Randy says I'm sure they will be improving as they go along.
I did make specific observations on the outside and through the windows. Some of these are just differences from the T@B and not necessarily negative points. For example there is no trim grove...hence no add a room attachment as originally designed. The ceiling is not carpeted and looks like it is in three sections. The long storage compartment in the rear that is even in height with the sofa when in the bed position in my T@B is 3-4 inches higher in the iT@B. (Queen vs King?)
And there are many other things I noticed...but hey they sold the first one in one day?

I throughly inspected the exterior of the new iT@B and took these pictures with my Droid phone. The unit sold over the weekend and was locked so I was only able to see the inside through the windows.

They sell for $12,000 + tax + doc fees (and maybe dealer prep) + $395 shipping. There was no literature at all...not even a computer print out. This unit had a 12v fridge, a small TV/DVD/Radio?, a separate sink and propane 2 burner stove, a propane furnace, a ceiling fan but no a/c. It did have the CoolCat cabinet that was completely open in the front. Maybe you can add one later. Otherwise the inside was "almost" the same as my u-shaped bed plan.
