Has anyone else had a problem of a window not coming down? The malfunction only seems to be in one of the locking support arms. I can see movement in the locking unit when the window is lifted to it's highest point which disengages the lock allowing the window to be closed but it's just not staying disengaged. It slips back into a lock position thus, not allowing the window to come down. I'd appreciate any help in this manner.
