I assume you mean the 18-footer. I think you're right, the Bubble does look similar but it's too short. In my memory, even accounting for my smaller size at the time, it's not that small. Definitely California by the wheel cutouts, per the information on the website below.

My aunt is my grandmother's executor and is trying to contact the state to get any title information that might exist, but nothing yet. Anyone have any ideas for trying to find it? Would the WBCCI have any records based on number 3397?
