I havent found leveling to be an issue for the fridge, however leveling will be an issue if you have and are using AC; your trailer will need be near level to allow free flow of the condensation and prevent it from filling the pan and backing up into your trailer. I generally err on the side of caution and leave my passenger side a little higher so their is a definate decline for the condensation drain.
