Perhaps I'm wrong but it's my understanding that stabilizers on any camper are designed for just that and not for leveling...in other words not to lift weight. The weight should be supported by the axel (or axels). If you "lift" the weight of the camper with the stabilizers you can warp or spring the floor of the camper...although many people do that.
The stabilizers should be set only after leveling. Jerry, I'm sure, can better respond to this.
I do use different stabilizers now that 3 of mine broke. They are manual and work fine. I have considered adding different ones attached to the T@B, but since these are so cheap and work so well and I use them on my tiny travel trailer (teardrop style) I'll probably stay with them.
