Just for your info. If you research the 400L (single axle model - not the XL) model at UK prices here is what you would be looking at.
 
Basic equipment with no facility for air conditioning: 13,000-14,000 pounds (with no VAT) or $22,000 USD. 
 
Shipment from UK to US $4000-$5000
 
Replacement of entire shore power electrical system, frig and anything else that runs of their higher shore power voltage.    
 
Just call it a $30,000+ rig by the time you got it here and got it done.
