It's Sandra - not Sharon. Just kneel down beside either T@B wheel and look at the middle of the axle. There is a metal plate that the brake cable attaches to from the front and the buttons are there that attach to the cables that go to the brakes in the wheels. If they are flat to the plate, the brakes are not binding, and you can roll freely. If there is a space between the buttons and the plate, then your brakes are binding. I find that if I back up a few feet, it corrects itself and the buttons will rest back on the plate.
