You should have been given a specific site when you called. There seems to one particular female worker there that won't give out site numbers. She even went so far as to reassign sites and move people around. I called her out on it and asked that she stop doing it because some folks requested certain sites.
I blocked off about 40 sites last October and it should have been no big deal telling you which were available and if you had a choice. I would pull up the campground map on your computer and call them back to see where you are.
I'm not at home right now or I would do it for you!
