Don and Gwen, welcome to the forum. The subject of tent rooms is a fairly frequent topic, so you should be able to find some previous discussions on the subject by using the search engine in the Messages section. I put in "tent room" (with quotes) just a moment ago and got over 600 messages. To narrow your search, try "Thermarest tent room." The Thermarest does indeed have roll-up sides for privacy, but I think there was a fairly recent discussion about the subject where someone said Thermarest wasn't offering the one that connects to the T@B anymore.
Try the Marketplace section of the forum (in the Files section) to see if there is anyone offering theirs for sale.
Maybe someone else will jump in with more specific information.
