[A/S] Rotten floors and the OSB years

Greetings,
We just just bought a 2005 16 ft Bambi International CCD. While cleaning it up, we noticed we could not remove a strong mold odor. Then we were told that Airstream experimented with OSB subfloors between 2003 to 2007, and that these were especially prone to mold and water damage. The remedy is to completely remove everything from the exterior and replace the floor with new plywood, a labor intensive and extremely expensive fix which would make this used purchase cost more than it did new. We are still in shock, since any water damage or odor was not evident at point of sale. I know rotten floors have been discussed before, but any new insight into this particular problem and how to deal with it would be appreciated. We live in central Washington and wonder where the closest service center that we could trust to do this would be.
