yes, Lloyd, how nice of you to follow up. What I heard was they had the battery cables reversed and have since corrected that. There was some discussion though, that they thought they may have damaged their converter but I believe I heard there is a protection device built into the convertor to prevent that.

Did we ever hear back from the couple who had the "no power"
problems last week as to the answer??
It was frustrating hearing from them and not being able to help.
good thing I wasn't closer I would have jumped in the truck and gone to help.
