You can pick up another 12 volt battery so you can swap them out when needed. Jeremy had rigged a spare battery charger from his 12 volt connection in his tow vehicle so that the spare could be charged when driving - while you are unattached to the T@B. I think there are pictures in one of the photo albums. I think Jerry has something like this as well.
A generator can be expensive if you need to run the Cool Cat - then you'll need the higher rating on it - about 3000. But if you don't require A/C then the 2000 Honda or something similer should be sufficient.
Solar will maintain the charge in your spare and if you have bright, sunny days will bring it back up to full charge.
And you can always plug into your tow vehicle and run the engine to charge up your existing battery while you are 'in camp.'
