Sorry for the late reply- I use a little dorm mini fridge- I like it, but you have to be plugged in to use the electric... So I am actually looking to get a two or three way fridge... It travels alright, I put it on the floor and wrap a bungie around it to prevent it from opening up... I had thought about doing the under the sink set up, but I have plastic bins for all my dishes under there...
