[A/S] Cost of Re finishing outside plasticoat

Does anybody know what the going rate is for refinishing the plasticoat

My 1983 Excella 31 ft finally needs a total outside re do and I am looking at the options

1; Re clearcoat the outside
2; Completely remove the clearcoat and polish the aluminum
3 Paint it
4 Sell it and get something newer

Does anyone do this work other than P an S in Ohio Particularly closer to Florida

Any comments would be appreciated
