William C. Roy, 63, is a convicted sex offender wanted by U.S. Marshals for failure to comply with the sex offender registration and notification act. He is traveling with a German Shepherd in a 2010, 24-foot Solara class C motorhome (see photo of look-alike model) with New Hampshire registration 3076536. He stays in Wal-Mart parking lots and possibly campgrounds. Roy is 5-9" and weighs 160 pounds and has a criminal history including felonious sexual assault, weapon offense, kidnapping and extortion.
