I remember 105 degrees with 40 MPH wind in Needles, CA in June of 2005… it was a dry heat! Temperature inside the trailer was 115 with the A/C running. I've never been to any rally that was that hot and with that wind it felt like it was cooking you. My vote would go to the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.
