Go with the Progressive dynamics Intellisync with the Charge Wizard
(built
in or as an accessory)..

This system is REALLY intelligent. It provides a charge as fast as
possible
without damaging the battery(s), and does not "cook" the battery -
boiling
off the electrolyte. This last feature is essential for use with
"maintenance free" sealed top batteries.
