The easiest solution to your dilemma is to locate a custom mattress manufacturer in your area. Most larger metropolitan areas have two or more custom mattress manufacturers. When I needed new mattresses for my Overlander, I went to Lebeda Mattress Manufacturers in DuBuque, Iowa and they made new mattresses to the measurements for my Overlander. Ten years later, and I have no regrets about the decision . . . the new mattresses were so comfortable that I purchased a bedset from the same series for the master bedroom in my home.
