Ed,

Using alcohol to winterize a coach would be unusual in my experience.

Typical RV antifreeze is made of polypropylene glycol and nontoxic
relative of old fashion automotive antifreeze.

RV antifreeze should not deteriorate unless diluted with water.

I am not familiar with the durability of alcohol as a winterizing agent.
