Michelle said "We have met so many wonderful people since getting our airstream! Some see it in the yard others we meet camping, or on the lists/ forums. The dearest to our heart is cindy! Cindy (a total stranger) heard that our whole toolbox slid out the back of our truck & by the time we turned around someone swiped them all! She called me up offering us her late husbands tools. Wow! We feel so blessed by people in our lives. There was a replacement of each kind, including a m battery."
What goes around, comes around. If it hasn't happened to you you're prbably just too young, or too nice already. Cindy's kind gesture for a stranger will be rewarded. She may recognize that reward, she may not. Doesn't matter. Life has its ways to lift you up & show you that newly born gangly little fawn still in spots, and it also has its ways to slam you down the septic. That Paypal 'Send Money' dealie worked like a simple charm (sure hope my daughter doesn't learn about that!). Right now our Hunter could use some collective appreciation for all she's done for all of us. It was just so easy to do.
So maybe one day I'll actually really no kiddin' get to meet up with Daisy, maybe enjoy her creative cooking skills. Maybe just some laughs. Maybe one day Hunter will show up on my doorstep for a return visit & share some of her great stories. The good we try to do in life really does come back in reward to us.
OK, Speaker's Corner is now officially closed to me for the rest of the day.
