The photo that popped up when I Googled that God-forsaken place you're stuck in showed a Ben Franklin 5 & 10 with a VINTAGE TRAILER parked in front of it !!! Immediately thought my computer had tapped into The Twilight Zone --- or maybe Tales From the Darkside !!! At any rate, I was so discombomilated by the vintage trailer in Delhart that I cut & pasted the photo in my Forum response in hopes that it would get through -- it didn't & all considered, I may have to post it on the Forum! Had a glimmer of hope for you when I also saw a photo of a local McDonald's but decided that being downwind from all those cows would limit your desire for Big Macs. There was also one of a Dr. Pepper Bottling Plant but, under your circumstances, even that would need to be sweetened with a Texas-sized jigger of Capt. Morgan !
I'll take your word about where in Texas you are -- I looked at several other maps & still can't find the damn place ! 'Bout all I know, my friend, is that you are a looooong way from New York City !
