Hi Will,
Funny you should say that. I asked the service manager here, who was
super nice when the truck came in.
He told me I needed a subpoena to get the records! So, I did as you
said and was able to get them right away.
Then I asked him for the zone manager's number, I have his name but its
common, he gave me the number of customer service.... which I can get
myself on the 'net. Actually, I've written CS and talked to them and
they keep saying no....
I feel like the service manager is stonewalling me now..... I don't know
why... maybe Ford is telling him to?
