The history of the XIT is fascinating -- hope the museum is as good, Hunter ! Also hope you're out of there soon....know that "stranded" is very hard on you & the pups. Am "assuming" & praying the dealership at least gave you a loaner-vehicle to use while they work on your truck.
Didn't mean to start anything last night. Was having 1 of my "off beat" (sick ?) humor evenings when I key & send whatever pops to mind without editing or thinking of the ramifications if it doesn't come thru as intended (HARMLESS !) -- no doubt this was the result of trying to keep herd of my 5 year old grandson & 60-some year old husband who reverts to a terrible 2 anytime a grand comes over PLUS battling a bad case of the Fall Crud caught while trapped in the middle seat of a Delta jet ---- guy in window seat beside me sneezed/coughed/sniffed/snorted on me (did nothing to cover his face) all the way from ATL to BOS ! The lady sitting in the aisle seat on the other side was quite large so I couldn't lean toward her & out of his way anymore than I did without risking her either bopping me on the head or filing a sexual harassment charge. Catching the crud was a given & it struck with a vengeance ! I hate flying these days -- Airstreaming is the ONLY way to go anywhere!
Promise to shut up & return to being a Forum Voyeur !
